The Advanced Diving Team is an elite diving team composed of approximately 10-15 divers. These divers vary in age from 10-21, but all have developed internally from our basic classes. This team travels to meets around the state and country. Recently, we have had four team members represent the United States at International Competitions. The Age Group team is about commitment. Divers are expected to be at practice diligently, on time, and for the duration. Divers participate in dryland, trampoline, strength room, and gymnastics. In addition, we have an extensive social calendar for divers to become friends outside of the pool. Parents of team members are expected to help out as well. The Age Group Team dives as part of the U.S. registered team S.L.A.P. Diving. Recently this team placed seventh at the Spring U.S. West Nationals.
